What happens when you call

You tell us what you're seeing. Maybe it's a hole from a doorknob, a water stain on the ceiling, cracked tape along a seam, or a room that needs new drywall hung. We ask a few plain questions about size, location and what caused it. If it makes sense, we set a time to come look at it in your home.

The person you talk to is the same person who walks the job, explains the estimate and checks the work area after cleanup. You won't get passed around or have to explain the problem twice. Everything runs through that one phone line, so nothing gets lost between messages.

What to have ready before you call

1. A rough size of the damage, even a guess like fist-sized or a full sheet.
2. Where it is, meaning which room, which wall or ceiling, and how high off the floor.
3. What caused it if you know, like a leak that has been fixed, a settling crack or a fixture that was moved.
4. A few days and times that work for us to stop by and see it.
